NIE nummer

We begrijpen dat buitenlanders of niet-ingezetenen veel taalkundige en culturele problemen kunnen hebben in de omgang met de Spaanse autoriteiten en andere instanties. Stappen om documenten te verkrijgen zoals verblijfsvergunningen, NIE nummer (fiscaal identificatienummer), rijbewijs, etc. zijn normaal gesproken niet ingewikkeld, maar het proces kan moeilijk zijn als niet de juiste begeleiding en advies wordt gevraagd.

We hebben veel ervaring in het verkrijgen van allerlei soorten documenten voor buitenlanders en niet-ingezetenen, en kunnen ook zorgen voor de notarisatie, legalisatie en apostillering van documenten. Iedereen uit de EU kan Spanje binnenkomen zonder zo'n NIE nummer maar kan veel dagelijkse dingen niet doen zonder. Als u van plan bent om onroerend goed te kopen, een auto te kopen, een verzekering af te sluiten en vele andere financiële transacties in Spanje te verrichten heeft u een NIE nodig. Man en vrouw of partners die gezamenlijke transacties willen doen hebben elk hun eigen NIE nodig.

Residentie

Veel buitenlanders in Spanje doen geen moeite om dit aan te vragen, maar de Spaanse wet zegt dat als je meer dan drie maanden in Spanje hebt gewoond en van plan bent om meer dan 183 dagen per jaar in het land te verblijven, je dit moet aanvragen. We hebben veel ervaring in het verkrijgen van een verblijfsvergunning voor onze klanten, dus als je hulp nodig hebt bij deze service, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen.
